The City of Maple Plain has two shelters available for
reservation, one at Rainbow Park and the other at
Veterans Memorial Park (formally Northside).
Picnic Shelter rental is free for Maple Plain residents and businesses and $50 for non-residents and businesses outside of Maple Plain. Reservation payment is due at the time the reservation is made. Other fees may apply. See the "Facility Reservation and Use Application and Agreement" for specifics.
To reserve a shelter, contact City Hall at 763-479-0515 to verify availability. Then, fill out the Facility Reservation and Use Application and Agreement (also available at City Hall) and submit to City Hall with any required fee(s) for approval.
Veterans Memorial Park (formally Northside) Park Shelter and
The Veterans Memorial Park Picnic Shelter is located at the north end of Veterans Memorial Park next to the outfield of the softball field. Limited parking is available nearby the shelter, with overflow parking near the baseball field.
Rainbow Park Shelter
The Park Park Picnic Shelter is located right next to the main parking lot which is off of Rainbow Avenue
City-wide park hours are from 6am to 11pm daily.
