      2. Review possible ordinance changes to Sec. 9-74 7a & 7b and include verbiage for the sump pump.
      3. Discussed preliminary communication strategy for any changes.

   1. Discussed public comments for the Baker Trail villas and collision corner. The council's discussion attempted to take the perspective of the person making the public comments.
