1. Proposed Fee Schedule for 2025
   1. Council Direction: Move forward with the proposed changes and bring the revised fee schedule to the 12/16 council business meeting. When this is brought to the council, outline the legislative changes.
2. Chapter 9 City Code Revisions
   1. Council Direction: Review the rules for wellhead protection changes that the state requires the city to address in Q1 2025. Staff will need to revise some verbiage on the water shut-off policy and examine the sewer fee calculation to determine the most equitable way.
3. Ordinance 332 Proposal
   1. Council Direction: Approved the verbiage and stated the ordinance was ready for a public hearing.
4. Water Credits for landscape watering
   1. Council Direction: Determine a date past the warranty of the cutoff for the water incentive program and add a FAQ list on the website.
