City Council Election Recount
The City of Maple Plain will be holding a recount for the City Council election on Thursday, November 29 at 9:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers (5050 Independence Street). The recount is open to the public to attend and observe the process.
Only the votes for candidates Michael J. DeLuca and John Timpe will be recounted. Ballots will be hand counted. Below are the 2018 City Council election results as reported on Election Day (before the recount).

Come visit Santa during West Hennepin's 38th Annual View Santa Event! He will be traveling throughout Maple Plain and Independence making stops at Independence City Hall from 3:45-4:15 and Northside Park from 4:40-5:20 pm.
