The City of Maple Plain offers online and phone payments for both utility bills and other City fees and services through our secure payment processor, Payment Service Network (PSN). There is no charge to pay online or by phone.
Pay your utility bill online by registering for an account. First time users will need their Maple Plain utility account number.

You can pay for other City fees and charges including building permits and licenses online and by phone for no charge. This service is available to you even if you are not a resident or business of Maple Plain. You will also need to enter the dollar amount. Call City Hall at 763-479-0515 with any questions.
You can also pay by phone by calling 1-866-917-7368, Option 1. Tell the PSN representative that you are making a Miscellaneous Payment with the City of Maple Plain under code RT19359.
The City of Maple Plain uses Payment Service Network (PSN) to process payments and post bills. As of December 1st, PSN will no longer be available for online payments.
